Lethargica Studios is a one-person mixing and mastering studio based in Havana, Cuba, founded by Manuel Lavastida.

Since its founding, Lethargica has worked with a growing roster of bands from Cuba's metal and alternative underground including Orphan Autopsy, Drowned in Vomit, Eskortey, Hana, and Breed. Each project is treated with the same technical rigor and attention to detail as any professional-tier release, regardless of budget or scene size.

The studio's core commitment is to elevate the sound of emerging bands through professional-grade mixing and production, built on the belief that emerging doesn't have to mean amateur.
